River City Montessori is centrally located in New Bern (near the airport) it is just a short drive from Havelock, James City, Bridgeton and surrounding areas. 

In 2006 moved from our small two room school to a beautiful new 5 bedroom house.  Located in a peaceful, safe, well established neighborhood, this new house is an idyllic setting for your child's education.  The top level will be devoted to the kindergarten & lower elementary classes and the bottom level to the preschoolers.  There is a wonderful large fenced in backyard perfectly suited for plenty of fun and exercise.  Swing set, wooden teeter toter, sandbox, tire swing, and lots of riding toys. The yard includes a ripe pear tree that is sure to be a favorite for the kids.  There is a large kitchen for preparing healthy snacks and an office/parent sitting area with a large picture window overlooking the scenic land.  Fill out an online form or call to schedule a tour of our school house, we are so proud of it!
